About CREATURES OF THE NIGHT : Queer Variety Show & Rocky Horror Fundraiser
CREATURES OF THE NIGHT is a queer variety show and Rocky Horror fundraiser staged at Freddy’s Bar in New York City. It sits in the neighborhood ecosystem of recurring open mics and local showcases, with ties to Mimsey’s Open Mic, Humans Against Music, Comedy Open Mic nights, and the monthly storytelling series “So What Happened Was…”. Programming moves between music, comedy, poetry, and karaoke, keeping the frame loose and performer-driven. The approach favors community ritual and participation over polish.
