Jakob Kudsk Steensen: Performing Artist in New York

About Jakob Kudsk Steensen

Jakob Kudsk Steensen is a Danish artist whose practice combines 3D animation, field research, and multichannel sound to build immersive environmental narratives. Working collaboratively, he develops installations that track ecological processes and the ways landscapes are shaped by human and nonhuman forces. In New York City, his work has been presented through MoMA Exhibitions, including *Jakob KudskSteensen: Wetland*. The approach favors patient observation over spectacle, using digital tools to render nature as a lived, changing system.
