Jim James: Singer-Songwriter in New York

About Jim James

Jim James is a Rock/Pop songwriter and performer whose work often strips big arrangements down to voice, guitar, and room sound. In New York City he brings his solo acoustic set to Town Hall on the “Jim James (Solo Acoustic) - Wowed Out Tour,” a format that emphasizes pacing and lyrical detail. He has shared stages with Ken Pomeroy, moving between collaboration and solitary performance as needed. His shows tend to favor clarity over spectacle, letting small shifts in dynamics carry the narrative.
