High & Mighty Brass Band: Performing Group in New York

About High & Mighty Brass Band

High & Mighty Brass Band is a New York City–based ensemble with roots in jazz and the city’s street-band tradition. A regular presence on the club circuit, they’ve appeared at rooms like The Django and bring that working-band discipline to performances at Sleepwalk. Their book leans on horn-led arrangements and steady collective drive, keeping the focus on ensemble blend rather than extended solo turns. The sound is direct and rhythmic, with electronic-era pulse filtering through acoustic brass.
