Maher Zain: Singer-Songwriter in New York

About Maher Zain

Maher Zain is a Lebanese-Swedish singer-songwriter and producer whose work moves between rock/pop, R&B, and devotional nasheed traditions, often framed by the “sholawat” sound associated with contemporary Islamic music. Across releases including *Thank You Allah* (2009), *Forgive Me* (2012), *One* (2016), *Nour Ala Nour* (2021), and *Back To You* (2026), he writes in direct language and leans on strong melodic hooks. In New York City, he brings this repertoire to Kings Theatre. His performances favor clarity and communal singing over spectacle.
