Into It. Over It.: Singer-Songwriter in New York

About Into It. Over It.

Into It. Over It. is the solo project of Chicago-based songwriter Evan Weiss, working at the edges of rock and pop with roots in Midwest emo and pop punk. The songs often hinge on diary-like detail, shifting tempos, and tightly drawn guitar lines that nod to indie punk and math rock. With an emerging profile on Spotify (about 56K followers), the project has remained defined by craft rather than scale. In New York City, Into It. Over It. brings that approach to Elsewhere, favoring clarity over spectacle.
