Ocie Davis: Jazz Musician in New York

About Ocie Davis

Ocie Davis is a New York City–based jazz musician heard at Ornithology Jazz Club, where small-group playing and close bandstand exchange are central to the work. Their credits include performances alongside Todd Herbert, Jeremy Manasia, Jason Clotter, Larry Banks, Anthony Pearlman, Brent Lerman, Jules Gardener, and Charlie Lincoln. Davis tends to build sets around ensemble balance and time feel rather than solo display. On streaming platforms they remain an emerging presence, with a modest but growing listenership.
