Chris Latona is a New York City–based jazz artist who appears in small-room settings, including sets at Ornithology Jazz Club. His work has placed him alongside bandmates and collaborators such as Todd Herbert, Jeremy Manasia, Jason Clotter, Larry Banks, Anthony Pearlman, Brent Lerman, Jules Gardener, and Charlie Lincoln. Onstage, he tends to work from the inside of the ensemble, listening closely and shaping momentum through restraint.
