Dayramir González Quartet is led by Cuban pianist, composer, arranger, and producer Dayramir González Vicet, whose writing and studio practice shape the band’s sound as much as the solos. The group works in the overlap of jazz improvisation and tightly organized charts, drawing on Afro-Cuban jazz, Latin jazz, and timba.
