Naima: Performing Artist in New York

About Naima

Naima is a New York City–based electronic artist who performs at Cassette, moving through the venue’s small-room circuit and its late-night rotating bills. She has shared lineups with Carlos Truly, Dhemo, Key Hutch, Miles Hewitt, Andy Nicholl, Drawl, Slow Down Sunny, and Untitled Freak. In the KARAOKE NIGHT context, she treats the karaoke format less as a cover exercise and more as a score to be reassembled in real time. Her sets favor structure and texture over spectacle.
