About Telavana

Telavana is a New York City–based group working in the orbit of Latin jazz, with appearances tied to the Kupferberg Center for the Arts. Their resume includes collaborations and shared bills with Ithiris, Vincent Herring, Arturo O’Farrill, the John Yao Big Band, Wycliffe Gordon, Wallace Roney Jr., Brass Queens, and Lucy Yeghiazaryan.
