About Nick Prato

Nick Prato is a roots-driven indie rock artist based in Brooklyn, NY. Enamored with the guitar from a very young age, Nick draws much of his inspiration as a songwriter from his upbringing, growing up the youngest of three boys in a small coastal Maine town. His distinct sound is a fusion of indie rock, folk, and Americana, shaped by the music that colored his youth and paired with a contemporary songwriting approach that reflects his perspective in today's world.
