Greeensleeves: Performing Group in New York

About Greeensleeves

Greeensleeves is a group working between Rock/Pop structure and free-form playing, a fit for New York City’s basement-bill ecology. They appear at Purgatory, where lineups often place song-oriented sets beside open improvisation and noise. Past shared bills include DJ TK, Porcelain Vivisection, Clown Syndrome, Uncle Blender, Consumer Culture, Grace Givertz, Adelyn Strei, and Hannah Thompson. Their performances favor momentum over polish, using familiar hooks as material that can be pulled apart in real time.
