White Hills is a New York City–formed group led by Dave W. and Ego Sensation, active since the early 2000s and shaped by the city’s rock and experimental circuit. Their work draws on space rock, krautrock, and noise-leaning psychedelia, often stretching songs into long-form, motorik pulses. In New York they have appeared at Berlin on bills with Dirtbag Ivy, Hoth, and iD.sus, moving comfortably between concert format and performance-oriented lineups. The playing favors density and forward motion over ornament.
