SALT: Rock Band in New York

About SALT

SALT is a group working in electronic music, heard in New York City settings including Cassette. The project appears on bills with Carlos Truly, Dhemo, Key Hutch, Miles Hewitt, Andy Nicholl, Drawl, Slow Down Sunny, and Untitled Freak. In events such as *KARAOKE NIGHT*, SALT treats the karaoke template as a flexible score, using it to test structure, texture, and timing rather than leaning on familiar hooks. The performances favor restraint over spectacle, letting the room and the rotating roster steer the set.
