Globe: Rock Band in New York

About Globe

Globe is a New York City–based group working across rock/pop and electronic textures, often heard in small rooms like Gold Sounds, Elsewhere, the Knitting Factory, and Cassette. Their bills frequently overlap with local acts including Imposters, Indigo Folly, Boris and the Mess, Josetta, Sledding, Feed Him to The Dogs, Cre, and The Madelines. The set tends to stay inside tight song forms, with guitars and direct vocal lines set against programmed elements. Their performances favor structure and shifts in dynamics over spectacle.
