Boris: Hip-Hop Artist in New York

About Boris

Boris is a German DJ and producer whose work sits between minimal techno, melodic techno, and tech house, shaped by a deliberately engineered sense of groove and detail. He frames his own approach as “high-tech minimal,” built on tight patterns, small shifts, and long arcs rather than dramatic drops. In New York City he appears regularly in the club circuit, with sets and live electronic performances at spaces including Silo Brooklyn, Paragon, Knockdown Center, BASEMENT, and Signal. Recent bills and b2bs have placed him alongside Carlo Lio, Byrell The Great, Leonce, JOSELO, Pablo Bozzi, Lauren Flax, Alinka, and Mike Swells, in lineups that favor continuity over spectacle.
